- Only what you choose to send through the contact form — name, company, email, phone and the content of your enquiry — plus the standard technical logs any web server records.
- Why we process it
- To answer your enquiry and prepare quotations — the processing necessary to take steps at your request before a contract, under Article 5 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK No. 6698).
- Who else sees it
- Form submissions are delivered to our mailbox by Web3Forms; the site is served by Cloudflare, which processes technical logs. We do not sell personal data and we do not send marketing.
- Cookies & analytics
- This site sets no tracking cookies. If privacy-preserving, cookie-free traffic measurement is enabled, it does not identify individual visitors.
- Retention
- Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as the enquiry or the commercial relationship it leads to remains active, and as required by Turkish commercial record-keeping law.
- Your rights
- Under Article 11 of KVKK you may ask us what data we hold about you, and request correction or deletion. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within the statutory period.
